Juno Investments

Portfolio Companies

Four companies now comprise the Juno company portfolio in the manufacturing sectors targeted for future acquisitions. In addition, Juno exited in 2007 from a fifth company, PDM Bridge LLC.

The company is located in Galion, Ohio. Galion owns a 100,000 square foot facility, as well as several adjacent undeveloped acres which are slated for expansion.

Over the last 50 years, Galion has produced mil-spec quality machined metal parts for the defense, automotive and similar industries. The company currently focuses a majority of its machining capacity on the production of medium caliber ordnance (projectiles) for guns that are mounted on the A-10, F-15, F-16 and F-18 fighter jets, helicopter gunships and Phalanx weapons systems on U.S. Navy vessels. Galion forms and paints these projectiles. The projectiles are then delivered to the prime military contractors for final loading, assembly and test firing. The company conforms to the Quality Program requirements of BSI-ISO 9001:2000.

Historically a screw machine shop, Galion has recently expanded its product line by acquiring CNC machining capabilities.
