Juno Investments LLC (“Juno”) is a private equity firm based in New York and Chicago.

Juno is an active investor whose highly experienced management team is intimately involved in all aspects of the management process at all our portfolio companies. Over its six-year history, Juno has made investments in U.S. based manufacturing companies and has created significant growth and value.

Juno has acquired controlling interests in companies that are engaged in or support U.S. based manufacturing industries in defense, medical device, precision manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors. We also focus on industries that may be currently depressed but have favorable long-term potential, as well as companies in the automotive, aviation, industrial equipment, electronic equipment, and construction supply sectors. In general, we prefer acquisition targets that manufacture high value-added products, have the potential to dominate defensible market positions through niche expertise, and demonstrate strong growth potential if injected with sufficient capital and leadership.

In addition, Juno has specialized accounting, legal and corporate finance expertise to invest in distressed or “special situations” with the potential to achieve superior returns with mitigated risk profiles.

Juno typically invests $5 million to $20 million in non-union, lower middle and middle market companies with annual revenues in excess of $10 million, and EBITDA in excess of $1 million.
